钢球斜轧机概述：

斜轧机生产线用来生产钢球或钢锻。斜轧机两辊的夹角一般为2°～6°，轧辊上有螺旋形孔型，当两辊同向转动时，圆棒坯料在辊间与辊反向旋转并前进,通过螺旋孔型把圆棒轧成所要求的形状。然后经过后期的热处理工艺，达到耐磨钢球的使用要求。

螺旋孔型斜轧的工作原理如图所示，两个带螺旋孔型的轧辊，其轴心线相互交叉，轧辊以相同方向旋转带动圆形轧件即旋转并前进，轧件在螺旋孔型的作用下，成形回转体零件毛坯。斜轧的变形主要是直径压缩轴向延伸。

热轧耐磨钢球生产流程简述

Brief introduction of production process of hot-rolled wear-resistant steel ball

1.    将成捆的圆钢棒料吊到“存料架”上，圆钢棒料定尺长度一般为6000mm。

2.    自动上料器将“存料架”上的圆钢自动上料至“中频加热炉”的输送轨道上，圆钢在输送轨道上依靠自动送料机构进入“电炉”，通过调节功率大小，将圆钢加热到950～1050℃。

3.    加热后的圆钢棒料经过“进料导向套”进入“钢球轧机”模具内，经过2个螺旋模具，圆钢旋转前进，被连续地轧制成钢球，从“滑道”进入“输送系统”。

4.    轧成后的热态钢球经过“输送系统”进行输送、降温处理，使钢球温度内外均匀，同时让钢球温度降至淬火温度，进入“淬火机”进行连续淬火，通过调整“淬火机”速度，控制钢球出水温度，钢球淬火后，通过“滑道”进入“料筐”内，利用回火炉对钢球进行回火处理，消除钢球内部应力，使钢球获得很高而且均匀的硬度。

该部分具有存储6000MM长圆钢的料架，有自动上料、自动进料、自动测温、故障报警等功能，该电炉自动化程度高，能够保证钢球生产线连续生产。

钢球轧机及进料导向套系统

主机采用整体ZG35铸钢框架结构，时效处理，刚性好。轧辊主轴采用40Gr锻件，整体调质处理HB220～280；轴承座采用ZG35，经时效处理。主轴和轴承座通过圆锥滚子轴承连接，轴承选用国内一类轴承（哈瓦洛品牌），润滑采用耐高温润滑油润滑，密封采用机械密封。整体性能稳定、可靠。

模具径向调整和轴向调整方便可靠，锁紧牢固稳定，保证钢球质量及运行稳定。

根据不同的圆钢直径，配备不同规格的导向套。

电机、减速机、分速器

Motor, reducer, speed divider

箱体采用Q235-B焊接件，去应力退火处理，齿轮采用硬齿面斜齿，齿轮寿命长；输出轴材质为40Cr，调质处理HB217-255。

电机、减速机、双输出减速机安装在一个整体地基上，动力传动部分运行平稳。
